Waiter
Overview
We are seeking to recruit a Waiter for a reputable client in the hospitality industry. If you are service-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy creating a welcoming dining experience, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
- Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues.
- Process payments accurately and handle transactions responsibly.
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
