We are continuously looking for colleagues to join us in powering the solution as we aim to create a more sustainable future. We strive to make the hiring process a positive and professional experience for everyone, regardless of the outcome. To prepare you in the best possible way and to provide you with all the necessary information, we have outlined the different steps in our recruitment process below.
Please note that the process outlined below is a general one. Variations may occur depending on the type of position.
With the many different roles offered at Vestas, you are likely to find an opening that matches your skills and interests. You can browse through our job lists and find your ideal job.
Once you have found the right match for you, you need to prepare your CV and cover letter based on the job ad in question. Your CV and cover letter are submitted to our recruitment system online by clicking “Apply now” in the job ad. All our job openings can be found in the job lists. Once you have applied, you will receive a confirmation email through the email address you have provided.
After the application deadline, the recruitment team screens and shortlists all candidates in collaboration with the hiring manger. If we find your profile suitable for the role, we will invite you to participate in an interview, either physically or online.
