- Act as a bridge between management and team members, ensuring clear communication.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges to maintain a positive work environment.
- Uphold company policies and standards.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
