Shopkeeper
Overview
We are seeking to recruit a Shopkeeper on behalf of a well-known retail client. If you are responsible, organized, and have a passion for customer service and sales, this role could be for you.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the shop daily, ensuring security and cleanliness.
- Welcome and assist customers in finding products.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and displaying merchandise.
- Handle cash register operations, billing, and returns accurately.
- Maintain records of sales, purchases, and inventory.
- Ensure the shop environment is tidy, well-presented, and inviting.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Minimum of 3 years retail/shop management experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
